What is the expiry date of the  products?

Unless otherwise stated, expiry dates of AL 全连 products ranges from more than a year up to 3 years. 

I am on medication. When should I take my health supplements? 

A minimum of 2 hours after you’ve taken your medication is recommended if you are taking health supplements with medication. 

Account & Password

During check out, how do I create an account?

For new customers, once you have completed your checkout, an account will be automatically created and an email with an auto-generated password will be sent to your email address. 

How do I update my password? 

Under My Account, head to Dashboard > Account Details. If you’re a new user, enter the auto-generated password sent to your email and enter your new password. Click save.

If you’re an existing user, enter your current password followed by your new password. Click save. 

I forgot my password. How do I reset it? 

Under My Account, click ‘Lost your password?’ and enter your username or email address and click ‘Reset Password’. A password reset email will be sent to you within a few minutes. Head over to your email and click on the link. You’ll be redirected to a page to enter your new password. Press save and you’re done! 

Order & Delivery

Will the item be shipped to the address under the Billing Details? What to do if my billing and shipping addresses are different? 

For same billing and shipping addresses, you’ll only need to enter the address details under the Billing Details during checkout.

For different Billing address and Shipping address, kindly mark the check box ‘Ship to a different address?’ at the end of Billing Details during checkout and enter the right shipping address. 

How do I update my billing and shipping addresses? 

Under My Account > Addresses and update your Billing and Shipping addresses. 

I did not receive any email confirmation.

If you did not receive any email confirmation, kindly check your spam/junk mail.

When will my order reach me? 

Your order will reach you within 2 to 4 working days. Our office is closed on public holidays and weekends.

How do I become a member? 

Simply make a purchase of any amount on our website to become a member! 

Once you have completed your checkout, an account will be automatically created for you. An email containing the password to your account will be sent to your email address. Head over to Account & Password for more info.
