Yes. We hold multiple licences from the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) Singapore for importing, wholesaling, and manufacturing Chinese Proprietary Medicines. Our manufacturing premises is GMP-certified to ensure high-quality production standards.

Yes. All products are manufactured in compliance with Singapore’s regulatory standards, with quality assurance processes in place, and licensed by the HSA. Our manufacturing facilities follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Yes — all products come with recommended usage directions on their packaging. For specific health concerns or concurrent medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before using any supplements.

Yes, we ship to Malaysia and Indonesia on this website.

For International shipping availability and rates to the rest of the countries, please contact us via whatsapp message here or on the 联系我们 page for shipping rates to your country.

We accept Visa and Masters credit cards during checkout on our website. We also accept PayNow payments when you opt for PayNow during checkout. 
Customers can PayNow to our company UEN 199302675W the order amount.

We are sorry we do not accept Cash On Delivery at the moment.

Returns & Support

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for medical and health products.

Returns are only considered if:

  • the product is incorrect (wrong item shipped), or

  • the product is damaged upon arrival.

  • the product is still sealed and unopened.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement (or store credit/refund if a replacement is not available).

No. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong selection, incompatibility, or if you no longer need the item.

Yes. An account is required to place an order on All Link Medical.

 

You can create an account in two ways:

  1. Automatically during your first checkout, where an account will be created for you using the details you provide.

Automatic Account Creation (During Checkout)

If you do not already have an account, one will be automatically created during checkout using your provided email address or WhatsApp number.

Yes. You will receive login details or access instructions via email or WhatsApp, depending on the method used during checkout.

No. Once your account is created during checkout, you can log in immediately using the same email or WhatsApp number.

No. Each customer is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts may result in loyalty points being voided or accounts being suspended.

AL Rewards Programme

Yes. AL points are awarded only to registered accounts.

 

Yes. Once your account is created (whether via signup page or checkout), you are automatically enrolled in our AL Reward programme.

You start receiving AL points from eligible purchases after your account is created. Points are credited once the order is completed.

AL points are credited only after the order is successfully completed. Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible.

AL points are earned through eligible purchases and selected promotional activities, where applicable.

No. AL points must first be accumulated to a minimum required amount before they can be redeemed.

 

Once you reach the minimum points requirement, you may redeem your points for vouchers in your account.

Yes. AL points one year expiry dates. Unused AL points after expiry will be forfeited.

No. Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

You can earn AL points from any of the following actions on our website.

After you have received the whatsapp message to inform you that your order has been delivered, go to the product listing page of your purchase.

On the product listing page, click Review.

You will recevie 50 AL points for each completed review,

After accumulating AL points, you can exchange them to vouchers for future purchases on this website.

Click on the vouchers that you may qualify for.

Yes. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the AL loyalty programme at any time without prior notice.

When you choose WhatsApp login, a one-time verification message is sent to your WhatsApp number to authenticate your account.

No. WhatsApp login uses a one-time verification message instead of a password.

 

The verification message is valid for a limited time. If it expires, please request a new verification message.
