Instead of eating lesser, you should, in fact, be consuming more. As you age, the body needs to take in more vitamins and minerals to keep the body healthy and strong. As bone density decreases, vitamins D is essential to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Muscle mass also decreases with age, so having protein in your diet is important too.

Guys don’t get breast cancer

Just like females, guys have breast tissue as well so that does not lower their risk of getting breast cancer. Though it is not prevalent among guys as compared to females, an estimated of 25 percent of guys who are diagnosed with breast cancer die from it.
